Alexander Technique-Individual Instruction

This one-on-one instruction uses spoken word, gentle hands-on touch and guided movement leading to a deeper understanding of the Alexander Technique as it is applied in simple daily activities. Sessions are scheduled individually with Claudia.

Claudia teaches privates lessons in these locations: Chicago,Printers Row, Wicker Park, Roger Park; Woodstock, Barrington, Palatine, and Glenview.
